NICK BIRNIE

I am a lead painter at Colossal Media and who makes his own paintings out of his apartment in Brooklyn. When not on the wall I enjoy using watercolor paints to render the things I find fascinating.

STATEMENT

I like painting old and decaying objects especially those found in city scapes from the building themselves to smaller forgettable objects. I hope when looking at the old decaying depictions you think about what was and where these environments are moving.
